Detailed Product Description

The dust concentration produced by the waste aluminum smelting

furnace is high (the dust content in the flue gas can reach tens of g/m³).

The filtration air velocity of this dust collector is lower (usually controlled

at 0.8-1.0m/min, which is much lower than the 1.2-1.5m/min of the

conventional bag filter), which can prevent high-concentration dust from

instantly clogging the filter bags. It is equipped with a large-capacity ash

hopper and a powerful ash cleaning system. The ash hopper can store

more dust. The pulse ash cleaning system adopts high-pressure air bags

and offline ash cleaning mode, which can efficiently peel off the aluminum

powder layer on the surface of the filter bags and maintain a stable dust

removal efficiency.
