The working principle of the woodworking dust collector in the furniture factory is mainly based

 on negative pressure dust collection and multi-stage filtration technology. Through the combined

effect of mechanical force, air flow and filter medium, it efficiently separates dust from air. The

 specific working process and principle are as follows:
Dust collection hood capture: Install a dust collection hood above woodworking equipment

(such as sawing machines, sanding machines, etc.). Through the suction force generated by

 the negative pressure fan, the wood chips, dust and other particles produced during the production

 process are quickly sucked into the dust collection pipe.
Pipeline transportation: Dust-laden gas is conveyed to the main body of the dust collector through

 a pipeline system. The pipeline design needs to take into account the balance of wind speed,

air volume and resistance to ensure the efficient transportation of dust.
