1. Working Principle

Step 1: Put the metal that needs to be polished onto the work surface.

Step 2: When polishing metal, the dust enters the deflector channel through the negative pressure generated by the fan via the suction openings on the side and below.

Step 3: Large particles of dust collide with the guide plate and fall into the dust collection drawer under the effect of gravity.

Step 4: The dust with fine particles enters the filtering chamber and is blocked on the surface by the filter cartridge. When the dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the filter element, it will be detached from it and fall into the dust collection drawer by pulse blowing.

Step 5: The purified air is discharged.

2.Equipment Features

(1) With special dust removing fan and brand motor, it adopts anti-overload circuit to prevent the motor from burning out, with high safety and stable working performance.

(2) Pulse cleaning: Adopt omni-directional pulse blowback cleaning, make the surface of the filter cartridge clean more thoroughly and cleanly, and always ensure that the dust collector has a constant amount of suction air; the air compressor is connected with high-pressure hose, and high-pressure air inlet at the bottom, which can guarantee that the purifier is always in a good working condition. (Automatic or manual control can be designed according to users' requirements)

(3) The filter cartridge has a long service life, can absorb dust particles of 0.3μm, and has a good filtration effect on wet and sticky dust.

(4) The purifier internal adopts three protection measures for fire hazard and large particles of metal dust, which makes the purifier's service life longer, safer and more reliable.

(5) Clean air is evenly guided and dispersed from the direction of the grille-like exhaust port, thus reducing the noise to a minimum.

(6) With special universal casters with brakes, it is convenient to move and position the equipment at will.

(7) Photoelectric control of switching on and off, high efficiency and energy saving.

(8) The consumables in the purifier have stable performance and are easy to replace.

(9) The product can choose explosion-proof parts: electronic control, motor, lights, buttons.
