a.The single-row products are transformed into multiple rows by the sorting machine,

2).Multi-lane conveying: Send the products row by row to the bottle sorting table. The advantage of row by row bottle sorting is that it has a wider range of applications, which can sort round bottles and square bottles.
3).Single-column grabbing mechanism: For different bottle types, use air bags or vacuum suction cups to grab the whole layer of products for palletizing.
4).Single-column palletizing: Peiyu single-column bottle palletizer adopts a translation process for palletizing. Compared with the single-column rotating structure, the translation design has simpler palletizing action, strong reliability, and low failure rate. During the palletizing process, the product shakes less during transfer and has less inertia effect.
