The plastic washing machine for HDPE/LDPE and PP bottle can effectively handle a range of raw materials, including HDPE and PP bottles, utensils, barrels, boxes, and rigid plastics commonly used in daily life. With a processing capacity ranging from 1,000 kg/h to 4,000 kg/h, this high-efficiency treatment technique significantly enhances recycling effectiveness.

The processing flow as:

Waste HDPE/PP/LDPE bottles will feeding into shredder by belt conveyor which equipped with heavy duty device. It can avoiding of the overfeeding of the shredder.

Double shaft shredder, shredding the waste HDPE/PP/LDPE bottles into pieces size as 60-80mm.

Shredded waste bottle flakes entering pre-washer system by belt which equipped with metal detector to remove metal.

Pre-washer: this design mainly remove the most dusty, soil and sand first. Conical pre-washer under the bottom to ensure that waste sand or impurity or sediment can be discharge smoothly. After this pre-washing, it can protect the crusher blades long-life and easy washing in the next step.

Spiral loader +crusher+washing tank+ friction washer +centrifugal drier.

We also can make and design special according to client’s request based on different waste materials. Such as choose Trommel, coloring sorting, optical sorting, etc.
