ODM RK3588 Ubuntu / Buildroot / Debian System On Module SoM LCB3588 The LCB3588 System On Module SoM, built on the Rockchip RK3588 chip platform, is an elegantly crafted all-in-one module measuring just 75mm by 70mm. It connects to the baseboard using two 140Pin board-to-board connectors (0.8mm pitch) and four 30Pin FPC connectors (0.5mm pitch), all secured by four M2 screws. This setup ensures high reliability, low cost, and flexibility by exposing all external pin signals of the RK3588. In practical uses, FPC connectors can be added based on functional requirements, offering higher reliability and yield assurance compared to card-edge connectors or smaller pitch connectors in harsh industrial or long-term vibration environments. The LCB3588 includes essential components such as the CPU, DDR, eMMC, and PMU. It features the RK3588 CPU, mainstream LPDDR4/LPDDR4X DDR with lower power consumption and faster frequency, available in 2GB/4GB/8GB/16GB configurations, high-speed eMMC 5.1 standard storage options (32GB/64GB/128GB), and a PMU consisting of RK806 with multiple DC-DC and LDO. The CPU core voltage supports DVFS dynamic voltage adjustment. Designed with a modular approach, the LCB3588 core module adheres to the same rigorous standards as a full-function module, bringing out all the CPU's functional pins. It has undergone extensive testing and verification, enabling users to shorten project development cycles, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency in product development. Product Parameters
