Neardi RK3588S Arm System On Module LCB3588S Arm 4GB, 8GB, 16GB The LCB3588S is a high-performance core module designed around the Rockchip RK3588S chip platform. Compactly built with dimensions of 75mm x 70mm, it connects to the baseboard using two 140Pin board-to-board connectors (0.8mm pitch) and four 30Pin FPC connectors (0.5mm pitch), secured with four M2 screws. This configuration ensures access to all external pin signals of the RK3588S while providing excellent reliability, cost efficiency, and design flexibility. FPC connectors can be tailored to meet specific functional needs, offering superior durability compared to smaller-pitch or card-edge connectors in industrial and vehicular environments.
The module features an RK3588S CPU, LPDDR4/LPDDR4X memory (available in 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, or 16GB configurations), high-speed eMMC 5.1 storage (32GB, 64GB, or 128GB), and a PMU system comprising the RK806 and advanced DC-DC and LDO components, with DVFS support for optimized power management.
Adhering to a modular design philosophy, the LCB3588S exposes all functional CPU pins and has undergone rigorous testing and mass production verification. By leveraging this module, users can streamline product development, cut costs, and enhance project efficiency. Product Parameters
