Powerful Cutting Submersible Sewage Pump
WQ-GN powerful cutting submersible sewage
pump is a new generation of pump products developed on the basis of
introducing foreign technology and combining the use
characteristics of domestic water pumps. It has the characteristics
of energy saving, anti-winding, no clogging, automatic installation
and automatic control, etc. It has good effect in discharging solid
particles and long fiber garbage.
This series of pumps adopts the advanced
impeller structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively
transport solids and long fibers. Compared with the traditional
impeller, the impeller of this pump adopts single-channel or
double-channel form, which is similar to a curved pipe with the
same cross-section size, and has very good flow performance. With a
reasonable volute chamber, the pump has high efficiency. The
impeller has been tested for dynamic and static balance, so that
the pump has no vibration during operation.
The hydraulic performance of the pump is
advanced and mature. After testing, all performance indicators of
the product meet the relevant standards. After the product was put
on the market, it was welcomed and praised by users for its
excellent efficacy, reliable performance and stable quality.
WQ-GN powerful cutting submersible sewage pump product features:
1. The large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic component design
greatly improves the dirt passing capacity, and can effectively
pass fiber materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles
with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. Reasonable design, reasonable matching motor, high efficiency
and energy saving*.
3. The mechanical seal adopts double-end face tandem seal, which
is made of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide. It is
durable and wear-resistant, and can enable the pump to run safely
and continuously for more than 8,000 hours.
4. The pump has a compact structure, small size, easy movement
and installation. There is no need to build a pump room. It can
work by submerging in water, which greatly reduces the project
cost.
5. An oil-water probe is installed in the pump oil chamber. When
the mechanical seal on the water pump side is damaged, water enters
the oil chamber and the probe generates a signal to protect the
pump.
6. According to user needs, it can be equipped with a fully
automatic safety protection control cabinet to monitor the water
leakage, electric leakage, overload and overtemperature of the pump
to ensure reliable and safe operation of the pump.
7. The double-rail automatic coupling installation system brings
great convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pump,
and people do not have to enter and exit the sewage pit for this
purpose.
8. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop
of the pump according to the required water level changes, without
the need for special supervision.
9. Ensure that the motor is not overloaded within the operating
head range.
10. Depending on the application scenario, the motor can adopt a
water-jacketed internal circulation cooling system to ensure the
safe operation of the electric pump in a waterless (dry) state.
11. There are two installation methods: fixed automatic coupling
installation and mobile free installation, which can meet different
usage occasions.
Conditions of use:
1. The medium temperature does not exceed +40℃, the intermittent
use (no longer than 5 minutes) is +70℃, the density is
1.0~1.3kg/dm3, and the pH value is in the range of 5~9.
2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system,
the motor part shall not exceed 1/2 exposed above the liquid
surface.
3. In general, the pump must be used within the operating head
range to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be
used within the full head range, it should be specified when
ordering so that the manufacturer can manufacture it.
4. During operation, the motor current must not exceed the rated
current of the motor.
