Description The 200200 dual-input ProTIM-R (DIN rail mount)
provides 2 channels of measurement. All acceleration-to-velocity
(A-V) channels condition the signal from an accelerometer and
integrate it to velocity units. The low frequency A-V channels are
better suited for slower speed applications. A-V with Acceleration
Enveloping (AE) channels provide both integrated velocity units and
advanced AE signal conditioning.
Temperature channel types include K-type thermocouples and 100W
Platinum (Pt) RTDs with electrical isolation.
Each channel is independent and specified when the ProTIM is
ordered. Table 1: ProTIM Measurement Types and Transducers

Detailed Technical Parameters
According to technical specifications published by a distributor,
this module falls under the Trendmaster ProTIM-R series-1. Key physical and operational parameters include:
Application Scenario Analysis
The Bently Nevada PC module is a critical component in machinery
protection and condition monitoring systems. It is designed to
collect, process, and analyze data to predict potential failures-1.
Primary Application Scenarios:
Rotating Machinery Protection: Used as the primary monitoring interface for turbines,
generators, compressors, pumps, and motors. It continuously
monitors critical parameters to safeguard assets.
Vibration Analysis & Fault Diagnosis: The module acquires high-speed data from accelerometers,
velocity, and displacement sensors. It employs advanced signal
processing (filtering, spectral analysis) and built-in algorithms
to identify specific faults, including unbalance, misalignment, and
bearing wear-1.
System Integration for Plant-Wide Monitoring: It can be integrated with larger Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
systems. This allows for a consolidated view of machine health,
event-based alarming, and automated responses within the plant’s
Distributed Control System (DCS) or SCADA.
Industrial Environments:
The module's rugged design allows it to withstand harsh industrial
applications, making it suitable for power generation, oil and gas,
and heavy manufacturing environments where high reliability is
required-1.
