A: Generally, we use brown cartons for outer packaging and put blue bags outside the cartons.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A:30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3.How about your delivery time?

A:If the goods are in stock, we can ship them in 1-3 days. If the goods are out of stock, it will take 15-20 days to ship. Customized products will take 35-40 days, depending on the order.

Q4.What can I do if the item damaged during transportation?

A:Our customer service staff will help you with any questions or concerns. In any case, we will pack the product well before shipping. So if there is any damage to the product, please take a photo for us. We'll figure it out.
