UV Ultraviolet light source (Ultra:Violet llluminant) .Due to the
widespread use of fluorescent and whitening dyes in industrial
production, the best way to detect this effect is to use a UV light
source, because UV light in the irradiation of fluorescent dyed
substances will produce obvious changes in brightness, so that the
naked eye can be easily detected.
Family Light Source (Filament Lighting) is suitable for color
management instead of observing colors under a light source in a
home or hotel room, such as underwear, bedding, and other products.
CWF / TL84 / Some customers require the use of this light source
for color matching, such as the United States customers often
require the use of Cool White Fluorescent (CWF) light source,
European and Japanese customers will require the use of Triphosphor
Lamp P15 (TL84) light source. Illumination of light sources in the
range of 750 to 3200 luxes.
When performing color matching work, the background color and
lightness are very important. Since color is a subjective
perception, comparing colors against different backgrounds will
produce different results. Therefore, all background colors are
specified as Neutral Grey, which must be less than one-third the
reflectivity of the incident light. Separate records of the use of
each type of light source, (it is recommended that the use of 2,000
hours after the replacement of the light tube), to avoid the
detection error caused by the aging of the light tube.
