Product Overview

This liquid beverage juice mixer is designed for uniform mixing, dissolution, and homogenization of liquid-based products (such as fruit juices, vegetable juices, functional beverages, and blended drinks). Available in three capacity options—100L, 500L, and 1000L—it integrates a bottom-mounted homogenizer with a closed mixing tank, ensuring consistent product texture and stability while meeting the needs of small-batch testing, medium-scale production, and large-volume manufacturing.

The equipment is constructed with food-grade materials to comply with hygiene standards for beverage processing, and its compact design allows flexible placement in production workshops with limited space.

2.1 Bottom-Mounted Homogenizer System

The homogenizer is installed at the bottom of the mixing tank, enabling direct contact with the product matrix for efficient shear and dispersion:

Shear Force Control: Equipped with a rotor-stator homogenizing head (tooth-type or claw-type, selectable based on product needs) that operates at 2,000–6,000 RPM. This breaks down pulp particles, dissolves powdered additives (e.g., sweeteners, stabilizers), and eliminates air bubbles—preventing product stratification or sedimentation during storage.

Uniform Mixing: The bottom-mounted design avoids "dead zones" (areas with no circulation) common in top-mounted homogenizers, ensuring all product volumes (from 30% to 100% of tank capacity) are evenly processed.

2.2 Food-Grade Tank Construction

Material: The tank body, lid, and internal components (including homogenizer parts) are made of 304 stainless steel (316L stainless steel optional for acidic beverages like citrus juice) to resist corrosion and avoid material leaching.

Hygiene Design: The tank features a smooth internal surface (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) with no sharp edges, facilitating easy cleaning and preventing residue buildup. It is also equipped with a sealed lid (with a viewing window) to prevent contamination from external dust or microorganisms.

2.3 Temperature Control Function

Jacketed Tank: A dual-layer jacket surrounds the tank, allowing heating or cooling via hot water, steam, or chilled water. Temperature range: 5°C–95°C, with precision control (±1°C) via a digital thermostat.

Application Use: Heating is suitable for dissolving heat-soluble additives (e.g., certain stabilizers) or pasteurizing low-acid juices; cooling is used to preserve the flavor and nutrients of heat-sensitive beverages (e.g., fresh fruit juices).

2.4 Operational Safety & Convenience

Safety Features: Includes overcurrent protection (to prevent motor overload), pressure relief valves (for jacketed temperature control), and emergency stop buttons. The tank lid is equipped with a safety interlock—equipment stops running if the lid is opened during operation.

Easy Operation: A touchscreen control panel allows setting of homogenization speed, temperature, and mixing time. All parameters are displayed in real time, and the system supports one-click start/stop for standardized operation.

Cleaning Access: The tank has a CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning interface (optional) for connecting to automated cleaning systems. For manual cleaning, the lid can be fully opened, and the homogenizer head can be disassembled for deep cleaning.
