It's melted at 180-200°C, applied to pavement, and cools quickly to form a durable, reflective layer. Composed of thermoplastic resins, pigments, glass beads, and fillers, it's long-lasting (1-5 years), eco-friendly (low VOCs), and highly visible, ideal for highways, parking lots, and crossings.

1. Prepare the Road Surface - Ensure the road is clean, dry, and free of debris, loose material, or oil. A well-prepared surface is crucial for proper adhesion.
2. Heat the Paint - Start with thermoplastic paint in solid form (pellets or blocks). Melt it in a specialized melter or pre-heater to approximately 200°C (392°F).
3. Apply the Paint - Use a specialized machine to apply the molten paint. Aim for a thickness of 1.5-3 mm for optimal durability and adhesion.
4. Add Glass Beads - Sprinkle glass beads onto the wet paint while it's still hot to enhance reflectivity.
5. Allow Cooling - The paint cools and hardens quickly, often within minutes. Keep traffic off the area until fully set.
