This NBR nitrile rubber TC-type oil seal is specifically designed for crankshaft sealing in automotive engines. Its core specifications are 18×32×8mm, compatible with the crankshaft installation dimensions of mainstream vehicle models. The black double-lip design harmonizes visually with internal engine components, combining practicality with compatibility.
The structure adopts a classic TC-type double-lip design, with a high-elasticity spiral spring built into the inner main lip. At a working pressure of 1.0 MPa, it achieves zero leakage, precisely preventing engine oil from seeping into the external area of the crankcase; The outer dust-proof lip features a stepped arc design, achieving over 98% interception efficiency for dust and debris within the engine compartment, providing dual protection to extend crankshaft lifespan.
No modifications to the engine's original seal groove are required during installation. After cleaning the installation surface, apply a small amount of engine oil to lubricate the lip, then use a specialized tool to press it evenly until it adheres. This design balances adaptability and ease of use, making it a cost-effective choice for crankshaft seals in automotive engines.
