This FKM fluorocarbon rubber TC-type oil seal is made from high-purity fluorocarbon rubber and is available in multiple specifications. Its brown appearance makes it suitable for a variety of applications. It has a temperature resistance range of -26°C to 250°C, is resistant to hydraulic oil and chemical solvent corrosion, and features a double-lip structure with a spiral spring. It achieves zero leakage at 1.6 MPa pressure, and the dust-proof lip effectively blocks contaminants. It is an ideal choice for automotive transmissions, industrial hydraulic equipment, and food machinery.

Installation steps:

1. Clean the shaft diameter and installation cavity, remove burrs, oil stains, and metal debris to ensure a smooth surface;
2. Check that the oil seal model matches the installation position dimensions, and apply a small amount of compatible lubricant to the lip;
3. Use a special installation tool to hold the outer ring of the oil seal (avoid touching the lip), and push it evenly into the installation position to ensure that it is not skewed;
4. After installation, inspect the oil seal to ensure it is properly seated against the cavity end face, the lip is tightly wrapped around the shaft surface, and there are no signs of distortion or spring detachment.
