Application Guide- Shake well before pouring from the bottle into the 3D printer resin
tank.
- Before printing, determine printing parameters according to the
printer used.
- After printing is completed, rinse the printed object with 95%
isopropyl alcohol to remove excess resin from the surface.
Recommended to use with ultrasonic bath for thorough cleaning
(duration: 5 mins).
- After cleaning, dry the printed object with an air blower or paper
towel, then proceed with the post-curing of the object. Adjust the
light curing intensity and duration according to the post-curing
system used.
Precautions- Keep the room well-ventilated.
- Wear all necessary PPE while handling the material, including
goggles, nitrile gloves and protective clothing.
- Gloves should be discarded and replaced immediately if any
indication of degradation exists.
- Always clean the build platform and resin tray after use.
- Avoid recycling used material as it may affect the next printing
cycle.
- Avoid using the Surgical guide material for other appliances.
