with a coating thickness of 50 ~ 80 um, providing durability and
resistance to wear. 3. Temperature Control: Corona Roller For Bi-oriented Film
Production maintains a surface temperature of ±0.5~1ºC, minimizing
temperature fluctuations that could affect the film production
process. 4. High Speed Capability: The Corona Roller can operate at a
maximum speed of 800 m/min, ensuring efficient production and high
productivity. 5. Overall Deformation: The Corona Roller has an overall
deformation of < 0.05 mm at full load, maintaining its shape and
performance even under heavy usage. 6. Dynamic Balance: The roller achieves a best dynamic balance of Q
= 3.2, ensuring smooth and stable operation during the film
production process.
