Powder Coating Production Line for Carbon Steel Safe Cabinets This powder coating production line is specifically designed for spraying carbon steel sheets and assembled cabinet structures used in safe manufacturing. The system is engineered to accommodate workpieces of various sizes and shapes, including cabinet bodies and door panels. The spray booth is constructed from high-quality PVC material, providing excellent corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. The coating process combines automatic electrostatic powder spraying with supplementary manual touch-up spraying to ensure full coverage and high surface quality. The pretreatment section utilizes a skid-type ground conveyor system for stable transport of heavy cabinet components, while the powder spraying and curing sections adopt an overhead conveyor system operating at constant speed to ensure coating uniformity and production efficiency. Production Line Process Flow Welding Area Loading → Metal Grinding

Surface Preparation Prior to coating, all carbon steel surfaces undergo mechanical finishing and cleaning to remove welding residues, dust, grease, and contaminants. Proper preparation ensures strong powder adhesion. 2. Pretreatment Phosphating solution treatment improves corrosion resistance and enhances coating bonding performance. 3. Drying Low-temperature drying removes residual moisture, ensuring optimal surface condition for powder application. 4. Electrostatic Powder Application Powder particles are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto grounded cabinet components. The combination of automatic guns and manual spraying guarantees uniform coating thickness and complete edge coverage. 5. Curing In the curing oven (200°C, 18 minutes), the powder melts, flows, and chemically cross-links to form a smooth, durable, and impact-resistant coating film. 6. Cooling Controlled air cooling stabilizes the coating film and prepares the workpieces for downstream assembly. 7. Quality Inspection Each finished component undergoes inspection for:
