Connector Expans Rubber Expansion Joint
End face fully sealed rubber expansion joint is rubber sealing face ,fully same with flange face, it have
better sealing performance. Except this point, it's same with
common rubber expansion joint, it's still consist of nylon cord
fabric, inner and outer rubber layer, flange is usually carbon
steel galvanized, rubber is usually EPDM, of course, other material
is also acceptable, such as stainless steel flange, NBR rubber,
neoprene rubber etc. Working temperature is -15℃ - +80℃(the special
can reach -30℃ - +150℃) celsius degree normally, working pressure
is PN16 normally, usually end face fully sealed rubber expansion
joint is mainly used for bigger size, such as above DN500 etc.
About this type rubber expansion joint, we can do size range from
DN15-DN4000, namely from 1.5 inches to 120 inches.
