 Preparation before installation

Installation procedure
‌      1.Support fixing ‌ : Install the flexible rubber joint on the support structure to ensure the stability and load-bearing capacity of the support structure. The support structure can be steel structure, concrete structure, etc., according to the design requirements for selection and production.
 ‌     2.Connecting pipeline ‌ : The flexible rubber joint is connected with the pipeline, the connection method can be flange connection, thread connection, etc., according to the design requirements. During the connection process, it is necessary to ensure the tightness and concentricity of the interface to avoid leakage or unstable operation.
 

Precautions for rubber joint buried protection device

      1. There is sufficient space around the buried protection device of the flexible rubber joint, which must not affect the displacement performance of the rubber joint, and can isolate the rubber joint from the external fill, and can also make the pipe slide freely at both ends of the device without any resistance.
