Structural characteristics of flanged rubber expansion joint

      1.The single ball flexible rubber joint can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline system, and can fundamentally solve the problems of interface displacement, axial expansion and different concentricity of all kinds of pipelines.
      2.According to the different materials, the single ball flexible rubber joint can be made of acid, alkali, corrosion, oil, heat and other varieties, to adapt to a variety of media and environment.
      3.The material is polar rubber, good sealing, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, long service life, but avoid contact with sharp metal instruments, so as not to puncture the ball.
      4.If the overhead use can be equipped with elastic support, the bolts should be tightened diagonally when installing.
      5.If the pipeline pressure is too high, use limit bolts to connect the two ends of the flange together.
      6.The flange connection standard adopts GB/T 17241.6 standard, which can be explained separately. This product are rated working pressure of 0.25 Mpa, 0.6 Mpa, 1.0 Mpa, 1.6 Mpa, 2.5 Mpa, 4.0 Mpa, 6.4 Mpa seven levels.

The composition of flange type rubber expansion joint

      It is composed of a colloid and two looping flanges. The colloids are made of inner and outer layers of synthetic rubber, skeleton nylon cord and pressurized steel ring, which are vulcanized at high temperature by air blowing mold process.
