Detailed Product Description
Product Introduction:
EP-703A is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly flame retardant for PP based on
nitrogen, phosphorus and bromine, fully meet the requirements of RoHS and REACH regulations. Compared
with traditional brominated flame retardants, EP-703A has high flame retardant efficiency, low addition
amount, no precipitation, no need to add heavy metal synergists such as Sb2O3, and low bromine content.
EP-703A has excellent heat resistance and can withstand long-term baking at 120 ℃ without failure. EP-
703A can make the materials reach UL 94 V-2 (1.5mm) level and pass IEC 60695 glow wire GWIT 750 ℃
and GWFI 850 ℃ tests. Flame-retardant products also have the characteristics of low density, low smoke
generation, and low mold corrosion. They are mainly used to manufacture electrical housings, sockets,
electrical frameworks, automotive connectors and other products. In addition , the bromine content of flame
retardant products can be controlled at ≤900ppm, meeting the halogen-free requirements of IEC 61249-2-21.
