Product Introduction: EP-700A is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly flame
retardant for PP, mainly composed of phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine effects, which meets
the requirements of RoHS and REACH regulations. Compared with traditional brominated flame retardants,
EP-700A has high flame retardant efficiency, low addition amount, no precipitation, no need to add
heavy metal synergists such as Sb2O3, and low bromine content. EP-700A can make the materials reach UL 94 V-2
(1.5mm) level and pass IEC 60695 glow wire GWIT 750 ℃ and GWFI 850 ℃ tests. Flame-retardant products
also have the characteristics of low density, low smoke emission, and low mold corrosion. They are
mainly used to manufacture electrical housings, sockets, electrical frameworks, automotive connectors and
other products. In addition , the bromine content of flame-retardant products can be controlled at ≤900ppm,
meeting the halogen-free requirements of IEC 61249-2-21. |
