intumescent flame retardants (9 product series), its solutions are
applied in PP, PA, TPE substrates for appliances, automotive,

flame retardant technologies. Product Introduction: HF-800ME7B is halogen-free environmentally friendly flame-retardant
masterbatch with PE as the carrier, mainly composed of Piperazine Pyrophosphate. It can be
used in various flame-retardant PE products and fully meets the requirements of EU RoHS, REACH and other
environmental regulations. HF-800ME7B uses phosphorus and nitrogen as flame retardant elements to form an
expanded carbon layer, which blocks oxygen and fire sources, with low smoke density and low smoke
toxicity. It can make the materials reach UL94 V-0, GWIT 750℃, GWFI 960℃. In addition, the flame-retardant
products have low density and low mold corrosion, the masterbatch can avoid excessive dust in the
production process, improve the dispersion effect of flame retardants, and improve product performance. |
