Features:

1.Pleating Machine consists of two parts, i.e. the front preconditioning part and the plate- type pleat collecting part. The pleating machine works by linkage and is controlled by PLC. The operating panel is easy to operate, automatically adjusting the pleating height and knives' movement angle. The finished products have smooth edges, uniform surfaces and high precisions.

2.When it comes to the adjustment of pleating height, the user can type the relevant digits in the touch screen without manually disassemble the screws or plates. Non-skillful operator can change the parameters.

3. As to the high speed of pleating, the median of pleating speed can reach as high as 200 pleats per minute if not considering the strength of extension of paper media.

4. It can make more than one kind of pleats, which means it can make pleats of different heights (i.e. M-type and W- type pleats), opening up a new dimension for filter manufacturers to develop new products.

5.The pleating knives are controlled by an independent programmable movement module. They are driven by linkage instead of the traditional cam mechanism. The knives releases from the restrictions of traditional movement. The movement can be programed based on the filters to accommodate the demands of new ever-changing materials and high productivity companies.
