1. This Continuous Purifier Filter Strips Hotmelt Bonding Machine is used in edge banding process for the rectangular filter element. Use continuous feeding edge band and continuous spray of het melt to achieve automatic edge banding. and the operator can complete the edge banding. The outlet is equipped with automatic detecting and cutting between filters. It has the characteristic of easy operation, high precision and stable high productivity.

2. Process description:

Place the filter into mould and push into the edge banding machine > automatic edge banding and cooling and high resolution, printing>automatically cutting> take out the filter

3. Hotmelt Applicators 20 L, with adjustable gun x 2pcs, hose 2pcs. The edge band of the main line can be adjustable by two synchronized screw system, use grating scale to measure the width of edge banding system and display on the digital gauge.

4. The main line is driven by multiple ball spline shafts, stable and reliable transmission, and adjustable width of on the line.

5. The air cooling device is arranged above the conveyor line of the filter element.

6. The edge band paste position can be fine adjusted up and down.

7. Glue gun open and close automatically with the line status, precision and fluctuation of glue with less than 0.5mm.
