Customer Problem: A brand developed an 8x ultra-concentrated laundry detergent with an active ingredient content exceeding 50%, but the formula had extremely high viscosity, resembling a jelly, making it difficult for consumers to pour and dissolve.

Solution: Utilizing the excellent rheological control properties of SLES (Solid-Like Oil), combined with rheology modifiers, a shear-thinning pseudoplastic fluid system was constructed.

Results: The product forms a gel-like consistency when standing to prevent dripping, flows easily when poured, and disperses and dissolves rapidly in water. The bottle design was simplified, eliminating the need for a pointed nozzle and reducing packaging costs.
