Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate Product Introduction
Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES) is an excellent anionic
surfactant with rich and stable foaming properties, strong
detergency, mildness, good hard water resistance, and high
solubility. It is widely used in personal care and daily chemical
products such as shampoos, shower gels, hand soaps, laundry
detergents, and dishwashing liquids, as well as industrial cleaning
agents and textile auxiliaries. This product is a colorless to pale
yellow viscous liquid, packaged in 25 kg, 50 kg, and 160 kg drums.
We supply directly from the factory, ensuring stable quality and
ample inventory to meet the long-term purchasing needs of domestic
and international customers.

Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate Product Feature
Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES) is a cost-effective anionic
surfactant. Its core features are strong foaming power, excellent
detergency, and rapid solubility in cold water. Compared with
traditional SDS (sodium lauryl sulfate), it is less irritating,
relatively mild, and its performance can be flexibly customized by
adjusting the EO number. It also has good thickening compatibility
and biodegradability, making it an ideal raw material that balances
cleaning effect, user experience, and environmental economy.
Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate Product Case Study
Customer Problem: A precast concrete plant needs to introduce tiny
air bubbles to improve the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete
during winter construction. However, commonly used rosin-based
air-entraining agents have large and unstable bubble sizes, leading
to a decrease in concrete strength.
Solution: SLES is recommended as the air-entraining agent
component. SLES produces uniform and fine microbubbles with good
bubble stability.
Results: The air content of the concrete is stably controlled
within the ideal range of 4%-6%, the bubble spacing coefficient is
significantly reduced, and the freeze-thaw cycle resistance
increases from F100 to over F200, without any strength loss.
