Ultra high resolution
Laser marking can achieve fine marking with a minimum line width of
0.015-0.1mm and a character height of 0.15-0.4mm, meeting the clear
identification requirements of small surfaces of terminals,
especially suitable for precision numbering of high-density wiring
terminals (such as terminals with a spacing of 3.81mm and 5.08mm
specifications).
Permanent anti detachment
By using short wavelength lasers (such as 355nm ultraviolet light)
to directly break the molecular chains of materials, cold
processing can be achieved, marking materials that are resistant to
acid, alkali, high temperature, and humid environments without
mechanical wear or chemical corrosion risks. This ensures that key
information such as terminal serial numbers and models can be
traced for life.
2. Process adaptability
Non contact processing
The laser beam does not need to touch the surface of the terminal,
avoiding deformation or stress damage caused by traditional
embossing, especially suitable for the identification of precision
electronic components such as chip pins and micro terminals.
Multi material compatibility
Commonly used terminal materials such as metal (copper, aluminum),
engineering plastics, rubber, etc. can be marked. UV laser has
stronger adaptability to highly reflective metals (except copper)
and thermosensitive plastics.
Complex graphics support
The vibrating mirror laser marking is controlled by a computer and
can accurately mark QR codes, barcodes, logos, and multilingual
characters on the surface of irregular terminals, meeting the
requirements of product anti-counterfeiting and information
traceability.
