BF216-11 Bell Furnace _ LTCC Debinding & Sintering Furnace for
Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramics The furnace chamber is constructed with ceramic fiber boards and
fiber products, and the outermost layer is enclosed with calcium
silicate boards. The four inner sides are equipped with ceramic
fiber heating panels, with four heating zones arranged from top to
bottom. Each heating zone contains four heating surfaces, and each
surface is independently temperature-controlled.A pressurized air inlet box is installed on the right side inside
the furnace chamber, and a waste gas collection and exhaust box is
arranged on the left side. Airflow forms a right-to-left
circulation pattern inside the furnace chamber, ensuring sufficient
debinding and sintering of the products. An air amplifier is fitted
at the top outlet of the exhaust box. With its powerful suction and
exhaust capacity, the amplifier maintains a slight negative
pressure inside the furnace chamber at all times, ensuring timely
discharge of waste gas generated during the sintering process. Product Specifications
