Product Overview Chitherm BF230-10 Type Bell Furnace in Air Atmosphere 1520*1520*2250 mm W*H*D for Metal Processing Model: BF230-10 Bell Furnace Applications This equipment is primarily designed for LTCC sintering, and can also be used for binder burning out and sintering processes of other relevant electrical products. Furnace Structure Composition The equipment is mainly composed of outer frame, chamber, bottom support, lifting system and control system. 1. Chamber Design The chamber is made of ceramic fiberboard and fiber products, with calcium silicate board on the outermost layer. The inner layer features ceramic fiber heating plates with 4 groups of heating from top to bottom, each with independent temperature control. A booster air intake box is on the right side, and an exhaust gas collection box on the left side with a chimney outlet featuring an auxiliary exhaust amplifier for efficient gas discharge during sintering. 2. Bottom Support Design The equipment features lifting base support for safe loading. Heating and lifting controls are interlocked for safety - the heating process only starts when the bottom plate is mechanically locked in position. A sealing layer between the bottom plate and chamber prevents heat loss. 3. Lifting System The bottom-mounted lifting system uses lead screw driving with synchronous belt operation for stable movement. The system allows the bottom plate to extend outward for loading/unloading and can be stopped at any height during operation. 4. Control System Features FEC heating plates on all 4 chamber sides with 4-point independent temperature control using imported modules. N-Type thermocouples maintain temperature stability within ±1°C. All electrical panels are rear-mounted for safety, with heating/lifting interlock functionality. 5. Atmosphere System Uses dry, clean compressed air controlled by glass rotor flowmeters (24-240L/min range). Gas is preheated to max 500°C before entering the furnace, with exhaust speed controlled by an aid system at the chimney outlet. 6. Real-time Touch Screen Monitoring Includes temperature control for 4 heating zones, action control for bottom support movement, alarm signals for various conditions, and parameter setting for process control and temperature recording.
