specific viscosity and curing parameters. The PCB bonding station
guarantees precise alignment and secure attachment of printed
circuit boards (PCBs) to panels, leveraging programmable pressure
and temperature controls for optimal electrical and mechanical
performance. Complemented by an automated loading unit, the system
enables seamless panel handling, reducing manual intervention and
maximizing throughput.
