Machine Description

GDS designed small size AB glue dispensing machine in fact combines the samll three-axis glue dispensing platform with the AB glue metering system together. It can be used for two component silicone, epoxy, pu or polyurethane or other AB glue. With this machine, you just need to fill AB glue into two container, and set properly the mixing ratio, put the workpiece on the platfrom, set desired potting or dispensing track, then the machine finish glue proportion, metering, mixing and potting work. Greatly improve work efficiency and save labor cost.

Principle Description

AB glue are stored in two containers independently. Glue A and B are filled into the mixing pipe separately through precise calculation of two metering pumps based on needs. The three-axis mechanical hands drive glue nozzle to conduct rated glue dispensing by programmed instructions.
