Brief introduction
This device is the basic research and development of a real
electronic control gasoline engine assembly. Through hierarchical
cutting and dissection, it displays the internal principle
structure of the engine, the operation of the real electronic
control system, the original vehicle sensors, and actuators. The
engine is driven by a speed regulating deceleration motor to
demonstrate its mechanical structure and the working conditions of
the electronic fuel injection system. By programming the electronic
control system ECU through a computer, the calculation parameters
of the ECU such as fuel injection quantity and speed can be
changed.
Functional Features
1. Real engine and electronic control system;
2. By programming the ECU, it is possible to change the ECU's
calculation of fuel injection quantity;
3. By adjusting the actual throttle pedal opening, the engine
operating speed can be controlled;
4. The equipment is equipped with LED indicator lights to indicate
the fuel injection status of the engine injectors and spark plugs;
5. The equipment is equipped with a fuel injector measuring cup,
which facilitates the observation of the fuel injection amount of
each cylinder of the engine;
6. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated programming laptop
computer, which facilitates students to practice programming the
engine electronic control system;
7. The equipment is equipped with universal casters for easy
movement;
8. The equipment base is made of a 3mm thick iron plate that is
pressed and molded in one go, which is sturdy and durable. The
exterior is treated with spray coating, making it look beautiful.
