Functional characteristics: 1. Based on the whole pure electric vehicle, the original vehicle is cut with a large area of body covering parts. The body and chassis are not separated, and the power and high-voltage system components of the original vehicle are not damaged (the power system and high-voltage system components are not cut). After the dissection, the entire high-voltage system and high-voltage components are exposed as much as possible and convenient for observation. The relative position of the original vehicle accessories remains unchanged, and all the functions of the original vehicle are retained, and it can be driven on the ground. 2. The whole vehicle circuit detection port is installed. Each detection port has a corresponding connection with a matching detection bench. Signal detection can be performed on the battery management system, charging system, drive system, air conditioning system, steering system, ABS system, lighting system, wiper system, etc. The detection bench panel is printed with a complete circuit schematic diagram and is equipped with detection terminals. Multimeter and oscilloscope can be used to detect the resistance, voltage, frequency, waveform, etc. of each sensor and actuator. 3. This vehicle anatomy detection system can be connected to dedicated or universal car decoders to perform self diagnostic functions, such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, and reading data streams across the entire vehicle system. 4. The measurement panel of the training platform is made of high-strength acrylic sheet sprayed with ink, which has the characteristics of resistance to large temperature differences, wear resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, not easy to deform, long service life, bright colors, and not easy to fade. 5.
