GSB-W5/79 pump series are equipped with backflow stabiizars, which improve the pumpperlomance at the low tlow section and expand the tlow regulation ranges. High-speed shalt system is equipped withadvanced bi-directional fil pad bearings to ansure lkong time operation of pumps under sucion pressure up to 10.0MPa

Test Facilities

Professional compressor test facilities, equipped with high speed and high precision data acquisition systemscarry out performance and running tests. Mlajor system include: 1) pump test system; 2) high speed bearing testsystem: 3) integral lube oil pump test system; 4) rotor dynamic test system; and 5) turbo performance test system. Everydelivered pump underwent performance and running tests before shipment to guarantee trouble free operation on site.Three pump test stands operate independently each with the power of 355KW, 1100KW and 4000KW. Each suchsystem runs in a closed loop, with a circulating cooling system to prevent temperature rise during tests which mayimpact the test process and measuring accuracy. Standard applied: < Rotodynamic Pumps-Hydraulic PerformanceAcceptance Tests-Grade 1 and 2 (GB/T 3216)>. The uncertainty of pump energy test is better than grade 1.
