•High-Quality Base Materials We use national standard steel grades Q235B/Q355B. Their
tensile/yield strength exceeds that of traditional building
materials, enabling resistance to magnitude 8 earthquakes and
category 12 typhoons. They can withstand a snow load of 0.7kN/㎡ and
a wind load of 0.6kN/㎡, making them suitable for various climates. •Anti-Corrosion & Durability The surface is either hot-dip galvanized (zinc coating ≥85μm) or
fluorocarbon-sprayed, providing rust and aging resistance. They can
still be used for 20-30 years in humid, coastal, or industrially
polluted environments. •Stable Load-Bearing Capacity With truss/rigid frame design, the floor load-bearing capacity
reaches 3kN/㎡ (meeting the needs of equipment/goods). The roof can
support photovoltaic panels and large air conditioning outdoor
units. • Design Customization Based on site dimensions (e.g., 50m in length × 20m in width, 100m
in length × 30m in width) and functional requirements (load-bearing
capacity, span, floor height), we provide CAD 3D design drawings
and structural calculation reports to ensure compliance with
building codes. • Functional Upgrades Supporting accessories can be added as needed, such as thermal
insulation layers (rock wool, glass wool), fire-resistant panels,
sound insulation materials, roof lighting belts, and electric
roller shutters. These upgrades meet special needs like energy
