Application

Advantage

During the machining process, it can automatically exchange tools and perform milling, drilling, reaming, boring, broaching, and tapping on four sides in a single clamping. The modern machine tool and control concept, along with a compact structural design, ensure high efficiency and precision for the machining requirements of single pieces or small and medium-sized batches of products.

Our company has developed a special horizontal machining center for processing valves and various casings by installing positioning jigs and modifying the clamping structure. This machine can mill the end faces, bore the inner holes, mill the water lines, mill the outer circles, perform high-speed U-drilling, and tap screws for valves. The processing of a single valve can be completed by clamping it once and sequentially machining two parallel flange faces and the corresponding center plane. In fact, it is possible to finish the entire processing of a valve with just one clamping.
