The under part

Travel drive

The travel system has two speeds; it has strong traction and can achieve 70% load-carrying steering; each travel reducer is driven independently, which can flexibly achieve forward, backward or on-the-spot steering.

Travel brake

The travel brake is a normally closed type placed inside the reducer (i.e. it is in the braking state when the travel handle is not operated). It can automatically compensate and does not require adjustment. When the travel handle is operated, the brake is released and travel is achieved.

Track Shoes

The left and right crawler walking devices have a total of 136 track shoes, each with a width of 1500mm. The tension of the track shoes can be adjusted by hydraulic jacks, and the position of the gaskets can be adjusted to achieve the ideal tension.

Base

High-strength welded frame structure; hydraulic cylinder drives the power pin to connect with the crawler frame, which makes installation and disassembly very convenient and easy.

Traveling speed

The variable speed motor can achieve two speeds, and can achieve infinite speed change in each speed, high speed: 0~1.0km/h, low speed 0~0.55km/h, to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment and realize walking.

Operating equipment

Boom
