Safety measures

Lifting boom angle limit function

When the main boom reaches the specified angle, the lifting is stopped and is controlled by the torque limiter and the travel switch. When the elevation angle of the main boom is less than the specified angle, the falling is stopped and is controlled by the torque limiter and an audible alarm is issued.

Hook anti-drop function

All hooks are equipped with anti-drop plates to prevent the slings hanging on the hook heads from falling off.

Hydraulic system safety protection function

Equipped with hydraulic balance valve, hydraulic overflow valve and other devices to ensure the system is stable and safe during operation.

Torque limiter system

Detection function: The torque limiter can automatically detect the angle of the crane arm and the lifting load.

Display function: Color large-screen touch LCD display (10.4 inches). Display the lifting operation parameters such as torque percentage, actual lifting weight, rated lifting weight, working radius, boom length, angle, maximum lifting height, working condition code, ratio, limit angle, information code, etc. in Chinese (or English) and graphics.

Warning function: It has complete pre-alarm and overload stop operation functions. If the actual load is detected to exceed the rated load and the crane arm exceeds the limit angle, the torque limiter will issue an alarm and limit the current action.

Sound and light alarm function
