Safety measures

This crane widely uses mechanical, electronic and hydraulic safety and alarm devices to ensure the safe use of the machine. The safety devices include torque limiter, slewing locking device, boom anti-flip device, lifting height limit device, boom angle limit device, anemometer, level gauge, camera, slewing warning, travel warning and hydraulic system overflow valve, balance valve, hydraulic lock, etc.

Mode switching

You can switch between installation mode and working mode. In installation mode, the overwinding prevention device, boom limiter, torque limiter, etc. are not functional, which is convenient for crane installation.

In working mode, all safety devices are functional.

Emergency Stop

With emergency stop function, all actions can be stopped quickly in an emergency.

Anti-misoperation function

The handle has an anti-misoperation function. A safety protection switch is set on the front side of the handle. When this switch is not pressed, all action signals are shielded and the handle does not work to prevent misoperation.

Anti-overwinding function

The overwinding device is set at the boom head to prevent the wire rope from overwinding. When the hoist reaches a certain height, the overwinding indicator light on the display will light up and the hoisting action will stop automatically.

Anti-over-releasing function

The lifting mechanism is equipped with a three-turn protector to prevent the drum from over-releasing when releasing the rope. When there are only three

turns of the hoisting wire rope left, the over-releasing indicator light on the display will light up and the lowering action will stop automatically.

Pawl lock function

It is equipped with a ratchet locking device to lock the luffing winch to ensure that the boom is safely parked when not in operation.

Slewing lock function

It is equipped with a slewing locking device, which is used for parking and storing the crane when it stops, and for locking the upper vehicle's slewing.

Anti-tilting function

The main boom and jib bracket are equipped with an anti-tilt device to prevent the boom and jib bracket from tilting backward.
