Variable Frequency Speed Control This equipment is a crawler-type haul-off machine, primarily paired
with plastic extruders, using a chain haul-off method. It offers wide applicability, capable of hauling the vast majority
of pipe products, with strong adaptability to complex working
conditions. Model Specifications
Advantage Highlights: Comprehensive haul-off mechanism specifications (from two-claw to
ten-claw) with large speed ratios, capable of matching different
pipe sizes and production speeds. Utilizes frequency conversion speed regulation, possessing a broad
speed adjustment range and stable speed output. Supports pneumatic clamping and worm gear clamping, ensuring pipes
are firmly gripped without deformation. Motor power 2.2-22KW, providing sufficient power for stable and
reliable haul-off operation. The crawler employs a self-tensioning flexible structure, ensuring
continuous close contact between the chain and track. The track is selected from special high molecular material,
enhancing haul-off speed stability. Large contact area with the pipe, adjustable pressure, achieving
constant haul-off force and effectively preventing slipping. Application Scope: Applicable for hauling extruded plastic pipes, hoses, and various
