High-Precision Diamond Band Saw Stone Horizontal Pair Cutting Machine Marble Slabs Block Splitting Machine

This machine is the basic equipment tor the production ot thin marble composite slabs. It uses band saw blades (Beaded rope) to split or saw the slabs into slices. The saw blade tensioning adopts an automatic constant pressure hydrauic device. Compared with the traditional machineusing manual tensioning, it has the advantages of uniform strength, stable pressure, longer service life of the saw blade, and convenienoperation. The slice (thickness) adjustment adopts screen setting and PLC automatic control, which greatly reduces the dificulty of operatiorand improves work efficiency.
