Terms and Conditions

(1) Warranty

1. The warranty period of the above products is one year, and the supplier promises to provide a one-year free warranty period for the equipment after it is accepted by the buyer and under regular maintenance. (Human factors and force majeure factors are excluded)

(2) Business terms

1. After the received goods arrive at the designated place, the buyer should arrange to unload the goods and inspect the goods in time according to the delivery list. If there is any shortage or discrepancy, a written objection should be raised within 48 hours. If no objection is raised , it is deemed to have received all the goods.

2. Installation and acceptance

① The supplier is responsible for sending technical personnel to install and debug the machine, and the buyer provides the air tickets, visas, board and lodging fees, daily salary of 100 US dollars and other expenses incurred during the installation and commissioning of the technical personnel.

② The buyer should provide the corresponding factory building foundation, water and electricity supporting facilities, and send personnel to participate in the on-site installation and commissioning of the supplier, familiarize themselves with the performance and operation of the machine, coordinate the needs of the supplier, jointly solve on-site difficulties, and sign for acceptance.

③ The buyer shall provide the supplier with necessary items such as the lifting equipment and tools required for installation and commissioning and the lubricating oil and hydraulic oil required by the machine.

④ After the installation and commissioning of the supplier is completed, the buyer should immediately organize the acceptance, and the acceptance standard is the supplier's enterprise standard. If the buyer does not raise a written objection to the supplier within 7 days or continues to use and produce it, it will be deemed as qualified.
