designed specifically for PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). It is
primarily utilized for the automated visual inspection of bare
PCBs—examining the boards' surface appearance prior to the mounting
of any components.
This equipment combines traditional image processing techniques
with optional modern AI algorithms, addressing critical industry
pain points such as difficulty detecting minute defects, high
false-alarm rates, and inefficiency of manual re-inspection. Technical Specifications
Core Functions and Applications High-Precision Circuit Inspection: Suitable for detecting circuit defects—including short circuits,
open circuits, burrs, and notches—across various PCB types such as
gold-plated, OSP-finished, hot air solder leveled (HASL), and
silver-plated boards. Optimized for boards ranging from 0.3mm to
5.0mm thickness and supports auxiliary inspection of flexible PCBs
(FPCs). Dual-Mode Defect Judgment: Employs "Image Comparison + Logic Calculation" algorithm as core
foundation to ensure high detection rate for common defects.
Optional "AI Intelligent Filtering" module utilizes artificial
intelligence to filter out false calls caused by surface process
artifacts. Official test data indicates false-call filtering rate
exceeding 70%, significantly reducing operator verification
workload. Automated Inline Operation: Supports automatic board loading/unloading and
dual-track/dual-panel inspection. Integrates into production line
via horizontal conveyor belt system, automatically aligning and
staggering boards for fully automated, unattended production. Offline Re-inspection and Repair (VRS): Equipped with dedicated Verification and Repair Station (VRS).
When defects are detected, system records coordinates; operators
use re-inspection station to quickly verify defects via
high-definition imagery and perform repairs directly on physical
board, minimizing production line downtime. |
