Description

1. The stepping motor is used to drive the ball screw for the up

3. The lifting speed of the product to be dipped is adjustable, and
the dipping angle of the circuit board is adjustable to reduce the
surface tension and meet the process requirements.

slag tank in each working cycle to improve the welding quality.
5. It can preheat the surface of the circuit board and flux to
improve the activity and welding quality.
6. The soldering time can be adjusted arbitrarily from 1 second to
10 seconds
7. Imported heating tubes are used, which have been insulated and
have a long service life.
The temperature control adopts PID control with an accuracy of ±2°.
The tin furnace is made of industrial pure titanium TA1, and the
temperature detection uses K-type thermocouples.
