whether the connection is tight, and prevent air leakage:(2) Check whether the blower gate switch and the air door position
are suitable and easy to use;(3) Check whether the transmission part, support wheel, and
retaining wheel are intact;(4) Check whether the front and rear auxiliary machines are normal;(5) Check whether the raw material powder and coal powder are
sufficient.2. All newly built kiln linings must be baked. During the kiln
baking process, the kiln must be rotated 1/4 circle every half an
hour to prevent the kiln body from bending and to make the kiln
lining surface evenly heated.3. It is strictly forbidden to stand on the kiln mouth platform
during ignition. The fan can only be started after people leave the
platform to avoid backfire and injury.4. When the equipment is running, the rotating parts should be
checked frequently for abnormal sounds such as vibration, impact,
friction, etc., whether the gear meshing is normal, and whether the
bearing temperature exceeds the allowable range.5. When the equipment is running, check whether the readings of
each instrument are within the specified range and whether the
indicator lights are normal.6. Before stopping the kiln temporarily, keep the raw material away
from the kiln head, and leave a section for the material to move
when the kiln is turned after stopping the kiln, so as to prevent
the raw material from getting close to the kiln head, which is not
conducive to opening the kiln and igniting. After stopping the
kiln, turn the kiln regularly to prevent the cylinder from bending
and deforming.7. Before stopping the kiln for major and medium repairs, use up
the materials in the feed bin and the fuel in the coal bin, and
empty the materials in the kiln. After stopping the kiln, the kiln
temperature is still high, and the kiln is turned regularly to
prevent the cylinder from bending and deforming.8. After stopping the kiln, all speed regulating devices are reset
to zero to prevent the electrical equipment from being damaged due
to excessive starting current shock.9. When the equipment is running, check the up and down movement of
the kiln frequently, control the cylinder to make regular
reciprocating motion between the upper and lower stop wheels, and
reciprocate once per shift. If there is any abnormality, adjust the
support wheel in time.10. Check the lubrication of the equipment frequently and add
lubricant regularly according to the requirements.11. When the equipment is under maintenance, the power supply
should be cut off and a warning sign "Stop for maintenance, no
closing of the switch" should be hung. After the maintenance is
completed, a full inspection should be carried out. After the
person in charge of the maintenance confirms that there is no
problem, the switch can be closed and started.12. The machine body should be kept clean, and no debris or dust
should be allowed around it.Working principle of metallurgical rotary kiln When the metallurgical rotary kiln is operating normally, the main
drive motor transmits power to the open gear device through the
main reducer to drive the rotary kiln. The material enters the kiln
from the kiln tail for calcination. Due to the tilting and slow
rotation of the cylinder, the material rolls in the circumferential
direction and moves in the axial direction. The mature material
enters the cooler through the kiln head cover for cooling. The fuel
is sprayed into the kiln from the kiln head, and the exhaust gas
generated by the combustion is exchanged with the material and then
