Intelligent temperature-controlled fluidized bed roasting furnace
for flotation concentrate of nonferrous metalsFluidized bed roasting furnaceis an advanced equipment based on solid fluidization technology for
roasting a variety of materials, and it occupies an important
position in industrial production. Structure and working principle The main structure of the fluidized bed roasting furnace is
composed of a steel shell, an insulation brick layer and a
refractory brick layer. There is an insulation layer on the
outside, which can effectively prevent the corrosion of the
equipment by condensed acid. The wind chamber and the air inlet
pipe are located at the bottom of the furnace body, and above it is
an air distribution plate, on which a refractory concrete hearth
with a wind cap is buried. The middle part of the furnace is
conical in shape, and the roasting space in the upper part has a
large cross-sectional area, which can reduce the blowing of solid
particles. On the furnace body, there are also feeding ports, slag
overflow ports, furnace gas outlets and other pipes, and the top of
the furnace is equipped with explosion-proof holes. When working,
hot air is blown out from the small holes on the side of the wind
cap, so that the material presents a fluidized state similar to
boiling in the furnace. In this state, the material is fully in
contact with the gas to achieve an efficient roasting reaction.
Taking the roasting of sulfide ore as an example, a large amount of
heat is released during the reaction process, and sulfur
dioxide-containing gas is produced, which can be used for the
manufacture of sulfuric acid, and the remaining slag can be used as
a metallurgical raw material. Performance characteristics High efficiency: It has a high roasting intensity, can process
low-grade ores, and the residual sulfur content in the slag is low.
At the same time, the sulfur dioxide concentration in the furnace
gas produced is high and the sulfur trioxide content is low. Heat recovery: A large amount of heat energy can be recovered to
generate medium-pressure steam and improve energy utilization. Operational advantages: The furnace bed temperature is evenly
distributed, the structure is simple, there are no rotating parts,
the investment cost is low and the maintenance cost is low, the
degree of automation is high, the operating cost is low, the
driving is convenient, and the air pollution is small when parking. Disadvantages: There is a lot of mineral dust carried in the
furnace gas, and the power consumption of the air blower is large. Fluidized bed roasters are mainly used in sulfuric acid
manufacturing, non-ferrous metal smelting and other industries, and
can process a variety of materials including pyrite, non-ferrous
metal flotation concentrate, etc.Model | Diameter (mm) | Capacity (t/h) | Power (kw) | Weight (t) |
