digital innovation of quality control. In the raw material
inspection area, the big data analysis platform is used to
integrate multiple batches of raw material inspection data,
establish a raw material quality model, predict the quality trend
of raw materials through the model, screen out batches with
potential quality risks in advance, and control quality from the
source. In the production process, the distributed sensor network
is used to collect the production parameters of the product in real
time, such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc., and the machine
learning algorithm is used to analyze the data. Once the quality is
abnormal, the system automatically alarms and traces the source of
the problem to adjust the production process in time. At the stage
of finished product inspection, virtual reality (VR) simulation
technology is adopted to highly restore the human body use scene,
and comprehensive and immersive testing is carried out on product
absorption performance, leak-proof performance, comfort, etc., to
ensure that each piece of care pad has excellent quality, and the
defective rate is stably controlled within 0.03%.
