Precision production control to ensure product uniformity
Precise ratio of raw materials: The production line is equipped with a high-precision raw material
ratio system, which can accurately control the injection ratio
according to the preset formula for a variety of raw materials
required for the production of sanitary napkins, such as the
surface layer non-woven fabric, polymer absorbent resin and fluff
paste for absorbing the core, and the underlying breathable film.
Ensure that the absorption performance, softness, permeability and
other key indicators of each sanitary napkin are highly consistent,
improve the quality stability of the product, and reduce the
quality fluctuation caused by the deviation of the ratio of raw
materials.
Real-time calibration of production parameters: Using advanced sensors and automatic control systems, real-time
monitoring of various parameters in the production process,
including temperature, pressure, speed, etc. Once there is a small
deviation in the parameters, the system automatically calibrates
immediately to ensure the accurate execution of the production
process. For example, in the embossing and compounding processes of
sanitary napkins, precise parameter control makes the embossing
depth of the product uniform, and each layer of materials closely
fit to ensure the consistency of the appearance and internal
quality of the product.
